تبيّن هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيقا Faid Driver (الكابتن) وFaid: Request a Ride (الراكب) المعلومات ويستخدمانها ويحميانها. وهي سياسة واحدة مشتركة للتطبيقين؛ وحيث يختلف الأمر بينهما يُذكر ذلك صريحاً.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
بحسب الميزات المستخدَمة، قد يُجمَع ما يلي:
- الاسم ومعلومات التواصل.
- رقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني.
- بيانات الكابتن والمركبة (في تطبيق الكابتن): الرخصة وبيانات المركبة وما يلزم للتحقق من الأهلية.
- معلومات الحساب والملف الشخصي.
- معلومات الموقع، دقيقة أو تقريبية، حين تتطلبها ميزات الرحلة والكابتن.
- معلومات الرحلات (نقاط الانطلاق والوصول، الوقت، المسافة، الحالة).
- معلومات الجهاز والتطبيق اللازمة لأمن الخدمة وتشغيلها.
- معلومات الدفع اللازمة لإتمام المعاملة — وتُعالَج عبر معالجات دفع موثوقة تلتزم بمعايير أمان الصناعة، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات البطاقة الكاملة على أنظمتنا.
معلومات الموقع
يُستخدم الموقع لإتاحة جاهزية الكابتن، ومطابقة الرحلات، والملاحة، وتتبّع الرحلة، وسائر الميزات المعتمدة على الموقع. ويُعالَج بحسب الميزات المفعَّلة والأذونات الممنوحة.
نطاق الجمع بالتحديد: يُجمَع الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق، ومع خلفية محدودة وقت الرحلة الفعلية للكابتن — أي أثناء رحلة جارية فقط، لا حين يكون التطبيق مغلقاً ولا رحلة قائمة. ويتوقف الجمع في الخلفية بانتهاء الرحلة.
الملاحة والخرائط تُقدَّم عبر Google Maps، وتنطبق سياسة خصوصية Google على ما تعالجه.
ويمكنك في كل وقت سحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات نظام جهازك — مع العلم أن الميزات المعتمدة عليه تتوقف عندها.
كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- تقديم خدمات التطبيقين وتشغيلها.
- إدارة حسابات الكباتن والركاب والرحلات.
- توفير الميزات المعتمدة على الموقع.
- معالجة المدفوعات ومستحقات الكباتن.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وأمنه، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
- دعم الركاب والكباتن والرد على استفساراتهم.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة المعمول بها.
مشاركة المعلومات
قد تُشارَك المعلومات بالقدر اللازم فقط:

ولا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية.
أمن البيانات
نتّخذ تدابير إدارية وتقنية معقولة لحماية المعلومات الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرَّح به أو الفقد أو سوء الاستخدام أو الإفصاح. ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة مئة في المئة، ولا نُدّعي ذلك.
تخزين البيانات: تُخزَّن على خوادم آمنة تلتزم بمعايير حماية البيانات المعمول بها.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تُحفَظ المعلومات بالقدر اللازم للأغراض الموضّحة في هذه السياسة ولتلبية الالتزامات النظامية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل.
وعند تقديم طلب حذف، تُحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً من الطلب — ويشمل ذلك سجلات الرحلات، فيما عدا ما تفرض الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية حفظه من فواتير وسجلات مالية، وهو ما يُفصَل عن هويتك حيث يمكن ذلك.
ولطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك، وللاطلاع على ما يُحذف وما يبقى وسببه، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات — يُنفَّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من التحقّق من الطلب.
حقوقك
- طلب الوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية.
- طلب تصحيح ما كان منها غير صحيح.
- طلب الحذف، وفق ما توضّحه صفحة حذف الحساب.
- سحب أذونات الموقع والإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.
تُمارَس هذه الحقوق بمراسلتنا، وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيقان موجَّهان إلى الكباتن والركاب المؤهَّلين نظاماً ولم يُصمَّما للأطفال، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. وإن علمنا بحساب لطفل حُذف مع بياناته.
الحد الأدنى للعمر المعتمد: 18 عاماً للكابتن والراكب على السواء.
تعديلات هذه السياسة
قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وتُنشَر التحديثات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر مراجعة أعلاها.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Faid Driver (captain) and Faid: Request a Ride (rider) collect, use and protect information. It is a single shared policy covering both apps; where they differ, this is stated explicitly.
Information We Collect
- Name and contact information.
- Phone number and email address.
- Driver and vehicle information (captain app): licence, vehicle details, and what is needed to verify eligibility.
- Account and profile information.
- Precise or approximate location where required for ride and driver features.
- Trip information (pickup and drop-off, time, distance, status).
- Device and application information necessary for security and operation.
- Payment information needed to complete a transaction, processed by a trusted payment processors that comply with industry security standards; we do not store full card details on our systems.
Location Information
Location is used to enable driver availability, trip matching, navigation, trip tracking and other location-based features, according to the features enabled and the permissions granted.
Location is collected while the app is in use, plus limited background collection during an active trip for the captain — that is, only while a trip is in progress, never while the app is closed with no trip running. Background collection stops when the trip ends.
Maps and navigation are provided by Google Maps, whose own privacy policy applies to what it processes.
You may withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings; features that depend on it will then stop working.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate both apps.
- Manage captain and rider accounts and trips.
- Provide location-based functionality.
- Process payments and captain earnings.
- Improve performance and security, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Provide rider and captain support.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.
Sharing of Information
Information may be shared only as necessary: with the other party to a trip (first name, vehicle details, location during the trip); with the trusted payment processors; with Google Maps; with standard analytics tools used to improve app performance; and with competent authorities on a lawful request, to protect people's safety, or to defend a legal right. We do not sell personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Data is held on secure servers that comply with applicable data-protection standards.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and to meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. The exact retention period per data type — including when a deletion request is made, your data is deleted within 30 days of the request — including trip records, except invoices and financial records that accounting and tax rules require keeping, which are separated from your identity where possible.

Your Rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion as described on the deletion page; and you may withdraw location and notification permissions in your device settings. These rights are exercised by contacting us, in accordance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Children's Privacy
Both apps are intended for eligible captains and riders and are not designed for children; we do not knowingly collect children's data, and an account found to belong to a child is deleted with its data. The minimum age applied is 18 for both captains and riders.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with an updated revision date.
