Faid: Go back to class تطبيق يساعد البالغين على إيجاد زملاء دراستهم القدامى، ومشاركة ذكريات المدرسة، والتحدّث مع أعضاء فصلهم. وهذه الصفحة تبيّن معاييرنا لمنع إساءة استغلال الأطفال والاعتداء عليهم جنسياً (CSAE) وكيف نتعامل مع أي إبلاغ.
لا تسامح إطلاقاً مع أي محتوى أو سلوك يتضمّن إساءة جنسية للأطفال أو استغلالهم.
1. التطبيق للبالغين فقط (18+)
الاستخدام مقصور على من بلغ 18 عاماً فأكثر:
- يُطلب من كل عضو الإقرار ببلوغه 18 عاماً عند إكمال ملفه الشخصي، ولا يمكن إكمال الملف أو استخدام التطبيق دون هذا الإقرار.
- التطبيق مصنَّف في المتاجر للبالغين، ولا يُوجَّه إلى الأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات عنهم عن قصد.
- أي حساب يتبيّن أنه لمن هو أقل من 18 عاماً يُحذف مع بياناته.
2. ما نمنعه منعاً مطلقاً
يُحظر على أي عضو أن ينشر أو يشارك أو يطلب أو يروّج لأي من التالي، سواء بالصور أو النصوص أو المقاطع الصوتية:
- مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM) بأي شكل، حقيقية كانت أو مصنوعة أو مُولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو مرسومة.
- أي محتوى يُجنِّس الأطفال أو يصوّرهم تصويراً إيحائياً، ومنه صور مدرسية عادية تُنشَر أو تُعلَّق عليها بقصد جنسي.
- التغرير بالأطفال (grooming) أو محاولة التواصل معهم لأغراض جنسية، أو طلب صور منهم.
- الاتّجار بالأطفال أو الترويج له أو الإرشاد إليه، أو تبادل روابط أو أماكن يوجد فيها هذا المحتوى.
- الاعتراف بارتكاب إساءة لطفل أو التهديد بها أو تطبيعها أو التهاون في وصفها.
هذه المعايير جزء من شروط الاستخدام ومخالفتها تعني إنهاء الحساب فوراً.
3. كيف تُبلغ داخل التطبيق
في التطبيق آلية إبلاغ متاحة لكل عضو:
- افتح الصورة من «ذكريات المدرسة» ثم اضغط «إبلاغ»، واكتب سبب إبلاغك في الحقل النصي.
- يمكن لصاحب أي صورة حذفها بنفسه في أي وقت.
- ولأي إبلاغ عاجل أو خارج ما تغطّيه الواجهة — ومنه محادثات الفصل والمقاطع الصوتية — راسلنا مباشرةً على info@faidapp.com.
الإبلاغ لا يُشترط فيه أن تكون طرفاً في المحتوى، ولا نكشف هوية المُبلِغ للمُبلَغ عنه.
4. ما نفعله عند الإبلاغ
- المراجعة: تُراجَع الإبلاغات المتعلقة بسلامة الأطفال على وجه الأولوية قبل غيرها.
- الإزالة: يُحذف المحتوى المخالف من التطبيق ومن التخزين.
- إنهاء الحساب: يُحظر الحساب المسيء نهائياً، ويُمنع من إنشاء حساب جديد.
- التبليغ للجهات المختصة: نبلّغ السلطات المختصة عن أي مادة اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال، ومنها الجهات الأمنية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمركز الوطني الأمريكي للأطفال المفقودين والمستغَلّين (NCMEC) حين ينطبق ذلك.
- حفظ الأدلة: نحتفظ بالبيانات اللازمة للتحقيق ولمدة يقتضيها القانون، بغضّ النظر عن أي طلب حذف.
5. الالتزام بالقانون
نلتزم بأنظمة سلامة الأطفال المعمول بها، ومنها أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية المتعلقة بالجرائم المعلوماتية وحماية الطفل، وبمتطلبات Google Play وApp Store في هذا الشأن، وبأي طلب مشروع من جهة قضائية أو أمنية مختصة.
6. جهة التواصل لسلامة الأطفال
للإبلاغ عن مخالفة، أو لأي سؤال من جهة نظامية أو من أحد المستخدمين بشأن سلامة الأطفال:

Faid: Go back to class helps adults reconnect with former schoolmates, share school memories, and chat with their classmates. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we act on reports.
We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
1. Adults only (18+)
- Every member must confirm they are 18 or older when completing their profile; the profile cannot be completed without it.
- The app is rated for adults, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
- Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is deleted along with its data.
2. Strictly prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — real, edited, AI-generated, or drawn.
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including ordinary school photos posted or commented on for sexual purposes.
- Grooming, sexualized contact with minors, or soliciting images from them.
- Child trafficking, its promotion, or sharing links or locations where such material can be found.
- Admitting to, threatening, normalizing, or trivializing child abuse.
These standards form part of our Terms of Use; violating them results in immediate account termination.
3. In-app reporting
- Open any photo in School Memories and tap Report, then describe the reason in the text field.
- Photo owners can delete their own photos at any time.
- For urgent reports or anything the interface does not cover — including class chats and voice notes — email us directly at info@faidapp.com.
You do not need to be involved in the content to report it, and we do not disclose a reporter's identity to the reported party.
4. Our response
- Review: child safety reports are reviewed as a priority over all others.
- Removal: violating content is deleted from the app and from storage.
- Termination: the offending account is permanently banned and barred from re-registering.
- Reporting to authorities: we report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities, including Saudi law enforcement and the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
- Evidence retention: we retain data needed for investigation for as long as the law requires, regardless of any deletion request.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the cybercrime and child protection regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the child safety requirements of Google Play and the App Store, and with lawful requests from competent judicial or law enforcement authorities.
